Do I pay in EUR or GBP at the till?

When you’re paying for goods in Europe or the US with your Ziglu card, you’ll be asked whether you want to pay in pounds or local currency. You should always choose the local currency. This will allow Ziglu to provide you with the best conversion rate.

If you choose pounds (GBP), this calculation (otherwise known as the dynamic currency exchange) will be left up to the bank tied to the card machine you’re using. This could result in you paying a worse rate.
