When you spend money abroad or make non GBP purchases online with your Ziglu debit card, we pass the Mastercard exchange rate directly on to you. We don’t add any fees or charges on top of this. Just remember to pay in the local currency.
In addition, for European currencies, we provide a comparison of our rate to the rates the European Central Bank (ECB) publishes. This is based on a daily average from European central banks.

If you are in the eurozone and hold a Ziglu euro account, and there is enough money in your euro account to cover your EUR payment, your Ziglu debit card will automatically pay from your euro account. When the payment is made from your euro account, no exchange rate or fees are applied. This is the same for when you are in the US and spending from your US dollar account.
