Open the Ziglu app, and tap “Forgot Access code”.
A member of the customer support team will be notified and will give you a hand with resetting your access code.
If this does not work, get in touch with us by emailing email@example.com and a member of the team will assist you.
Following new app releases, you may see an error when trying to insert your passcode or using biometrics to log in. In the first instance, please try the troubleshooting steps below before contacting the customer support team:
- Delete and reinstall the app to the latest version. Updating the app will not work, you must completely remove it from your device and reinstall it.
- Attempt login again, ensuring you are using the email address registered to your Ziglu account.
