If you are a first time investor in crypto with Ziglu, as required by our regulator the FCA, you will be subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
The cooling-off period starts from the time that the customer requests to invest in crypto assets with Ziglu.
At the end of the cooling-off period, Ziglu will ask if you would like to proceed with your investment in the chosen crypto assets.
