If you’re using your Ziglu card in the eurozone, but don’t have enough euros in your Ziglu euro account for the payment, don’t worry. As long as you have the full amount in your sterling account, your Ziglu card will automatically pay the full amount from there.

If the full amount of the payment is not in your euro account, or in your sterling account, the payment will be rejected - even if the combined value of your euro and sterling balances is enough to cover the payment.
